Completed forms and registration fee can be returned to Cutthroat Anglers in Silverthorne’s Town Center, to the Silverthorne Recreation Center, emailed to CMahorney@Silverthorne.org, or faxed to 970-468-8158.
Don’t delay! We’re only accepting 12 teams for the Derby this year on a first-come-first-serve basis.
