Round up some friends, enter the Fishing Derby, and score some great prizes from Cutthroat Anglers! Here’s the Registration Form. For more details about the Derby (including scoring), click here.

Completed forms and registration fee can be returned to Cutthroat Anglers in Silverthorne’s Town Center, to the Silverthorne Recreation Center, emailed to CMahorney@Silverthorne.org, or faxed to 970-468-8158.

Don’t delay! We’re only accepting 12 teams for the Derby this year on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Looking for a unique way to market your organization? Consider displaying at the Blue River Festival!

Booth spaces are just $20, and are a great way to sell goods, market services, and reach out to the public. (It’s an especially great opportunity for sports and activity organizations to hand out registration forms and talk with interested parents!)

Picnic to feature music from The Luv Brothers

We’re pleased to announce that Summit County’s own “partygrass” band The Luv Brothers will be performing from noon to 1:30, during the picnic. Their raw energy, tight harmonies, and mountain sounds of bluegrass and country, has turned them into one of Summit County’s most entertaining bands. Take a listen!

We’ve revamped the Blue River Festival to highlight our community’s greatest natural resource, and to include activities for all ages and abilities. The 2010 Festival will feature a fishing derby, a fun run/walk, and a picnic with live music on the Pavilion lawn.
